What if my NFC card is damaged or not working?
If your card arrives defective or stops working, contact us within 48 hours. We will verify the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for change of mind, since each card is personalized. Refunds are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered cards.
